Catapult Labs OÜ is a software development company based in Tallinn, Estonia. We specialise in IoT, energy, logistics and financial sectors. We are keen on back-end heavy projects and integrations. We work both with private and public sector projects.
We founded Catapult Labs in May 2015 and plan to significantly increase our team in the coming years. During the last year, our project base has grown. We need a dedicated person to take responsibility in sales and make sure that we have a solid project pipeline to continue scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding and closing new business opportunities
- Establishing strategic partnerships
- Managing current customers sales funnels
- Upgrading company’s unique selling propositions and main differentiators
- Creating market approach and new market entry strategies
- Alignment sales pipeline and KPI-s with general roadmap
- Covering market analysis and trends to adjust proposals and products
Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Estonian
- Previous business development experience, preferably in technology sector
- Independency in problem solving, time management and general self-management
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to grasp concepts and understand new technologies quickly
- You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, willing to wear multiple hats and own your career
Beneficial qualities
- Proficiency in any other languages, especially Scandinavian ones, is greatly appreciated
